We deliver throughout the UK and many countries worldwide. All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service to provide you with clarity and assurance.

UK

Delivery Service and Cost

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail / Parcel Force Tracked 48 services which aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. However, this may take a little longer during busy postal periods.

• £2.95 for smaller orders
• £3.75 for slightly heavier orders up to a value of £45
• Free delivery for orders over £45

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are sent the next working day (excludes Print and Original Artwork orders).   

Print Orders

Our Prints are printed, mounted and framed to order and will be sent to you directly from our Printers. They aim to dispatch all orders via a courier within eight working days. Thus, your order will typically arrive within ten to eleven working days.

Mixed orders of products and prints will be sent as two separate packages, the products from our fulfilment centre and the prints from our printers. 

Your Order Receipt and Tracking Number

A receipt will be emailed to you when you place your order. 

A further email will be sent when your order is packaged for dispatch and this will confirm your order tracking number (your tracking number will not go live until your order has been collected and processed by the courier). 

Packaging

Our packaging is entirely made from recycled and responsibly sourced material and is recyclable through standard home recycling schemes. Please reuse your packaging if possible. 

Countries other than the UK

The countries that we can deliver to are listed below. Delivery costs are calculated using the size and weight of your order and will be confirmed at the Checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver Prints or framed Original Artworks to locations outside of the UK.

USA - from approx £20 - this is a Duties Paid service so all import duties have been prepaid by you when you paced your order. This means that you should not incur additional costs or experience delays as it passes through US Customs.

Canada - from approx £15

Australia and New Zealand - from approx £20

Japan - from approx £25

Europe - Unfortunately, we have had to pause the sale of our products to the European Union due a recent change in regulations. 

Import Duties & Tax

You will not be charged UK Tax when you make your purchase but you may need to pay Import Duties and Tax related to your delivery location. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise regarding these additional costs or take responsibility for them.

Faulty or Damaged Products

We thoroughly check all our products and carefully pack them for delivery, however, please do contact us if something isn’t quite right.
