Our customer service office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays and between Christmas and New Year.

We are a small team and are best contacted via email but are happy to be contacted by phone if you prefer (please leave a message on our answer phone if we’re not able to pick up when you call). We will aim to respond to you within one working day.
