Returning Products
We hope that you are happy with your order. However, should something be not quite right, please contact us within two days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help.
Products may be returned for a full refund less the cost we incurred for your delivery. Returned products must be in an ‘as new’ condition (including the packaging) and returned within ten working days of you receiving your order. It is important that your Order Number is clearly marked on the outside of your package as we cannot process a refund without this.
We recommend sending your unwanted products back via recorded delivery as we cannot refund products that are damaged or lost in transit. Regrettably, we cannot reimburse you for the cost of return postage.
Print, Sale and Seconds products are not eligible for exchange, return or refund.
Faulty or Damaged Products
We thoroughly check all our products and carefully pack them for delivery, however, please do contact us if something isn’t quite right.
