Delivery & Return
Please note that we currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We hope to ship to the rest of the world again soon.
Free UK delivery for orders over £45 until 31st December 2023.
All orders under £45 are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 at a cost of £4.50.
We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days (except Print and Original Artwork orders).
Royal Mail tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. Thus, your order will typically arrive within three to five working days. However, this may take a little longer just prior to Christmas and during our sale periods.
Please contact us on email@example.com if you need an order quickly or for a specific date and we will see if this is possible.
Your Order Receipt and Tracking Number
A receipt will be emailed to you when you place your order.
A further email will be sent when your order is packaged for dispatch and this will confirm your order tracking number (your tracking number will not go live until your order has been collected and processed by the courier).
We use envelopes, boxes and packing materials made from recycled paper and card and use paper labels and paper tape. These are all responsibly sourced and recyclable through standard home recycling schemes. Please reuse your packaging if possible.
We hope that you are happy with your order. However, should something be not quite right, please contact us within two days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help.
Products may be returned for a full refund less the cost we incurred for your delivery. Returned products must be in an ‘as new’ condition (including the packaging) and returned within ten working days of you receiving your order.
We recommend sending your unwanted products back via recorded delivery as we cannot refund products that are damaged or lost in transit. Regrettably, we cannot reimburse you for the cost of return postage.
Print, Sale and Seconds products are not eligible for exchange, return or refund.
Faulty or Damaged Products
We thoroughly check all our products and carefully pack them for delivery, however, please do contact us if something isn’t quite right.
